TITLE(s): SUPERVISOR, PASTE PLANT (steel & rel.)

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in grinding, mixing, and baking coke and pitch to produce carbon anodes: Reviews production schedules and confers with supervisory staff to plan shift operation of paste plant and bakeshop. Assigns duties to workers according to production schedules and demonstrates safe and efficient use of equipment. Inspects machinery and equipment to verify conformance to production standards. Prepares time, attendance, and production reports. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (any industry) Master Title.
