Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in extruding, baking, graphitizing, and preparing graphite electrodes for shipment: Gives instructions to workers concerning formulas and amounts of materials to use, and type and size of electrodes to extrude, bake, graphitize, or prepare for shipment.
