Assembles curtain rollers for use in window curtains: Slips and attaches coiled spring over shaft. Slides assembly into tube and plugs end with fiber insert. Rivets small lever to ratchet plate to hold wound curtains in place. Drills holes and slots in retaining rods, using drill press.
