TITLE(s): SUPERVISOR, PACKING (boot & shoe)

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in finishing and packing shoes: Examines shoes for specified coloring, dressing, and polishing, for defects, such as cuts, nicks, and scratches, and for pairing of shoes according to style and size. May train workers in operation of machinery and techniques used in application of dressings and colorings. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (any industry) Master Title.
