Analyzes problems and repairs manual and automatic telegraphic transmitting and receiving
apparatus, such as teletypewriters, facsimile-recording devices, and switching equipment: Tests and

blueprints and wiring diagrams and using handtools. Tests and regulates telegraph repeaters
