CODE: 55335 TITLE: Customer Service Representatives, Utilities DEFINITION: Interview applicants for water, gas, electric, or telephone service. Talk with customer by phone or in person and receive orders for installation, turn-on, discontinuance, or change in services. TASKS: 1.
